Andrew MacDonald is a fan favorite wherever he goes and I'm sure can fill that void.

A few years ago I'd say maybe. Now, no way the flyers trade a bunch of talent for laine. Would they like him? Sure. But this would not help our rebuild, it would set it back a few years.

He hasn't played a shift in the NHL and the asking price is 3 players and 2 picks. Yeah Hextall probably can't wait to trade all the assets he has been building for a 18 year old. Get real!

Yeah, I'm sure the Leafs would love to pick 1 and 2.....not going to happen though. The Leafs would have to gut themselves to get both these guys....just not worth doing.

They'll take Matthews and be fine with that. I doubt Winnipeg makes any moves either. An elite winger who can score exciting goals is exactly what they could use.
