To be honest I always joke that the fans I dislike the most in the NHL are the "other" Leaf fans. I hate how bad of a name they give real fans. Fans that are objective, respectful and dedicated.

Finally at the end of page 27, and I'm not surprised by the polar opposite views of another Benning trade.

Pretty much bang on. Sadly enough, JB is trying to sell tickets next year because attendance is down. TML and oilers fans have been selling out still after a decade of losing. Van has a couple bad seasons and people are unwilling to pay to go.

Man you are in desperate need of some clarity if you think that trade was a win.

1) you got the worse player by just about every statistical measure
2) you got a worse salary
3) you got a worse draft pick
4) Sutter only played 20 games for you
5) Bonino has been an integral part to the Pens playoff success
6) Sutter's linemates are consistently better without him than with him whereas the opposite is true for Bonino. But I guess that is too much of a fancy stat to be worth anything...

Bonino didn't have the right guys with him... Hagelin and Kessel did a lot of damage together with him.

that is a deadly line. Bonino carried his weight while Crosby sat around doing nothing. I've always thought Bonino didn't get a fair shake with decent linemate. no reason the Nux couldn't have traded for Hagelin and got a speedy winger (hansen) for Bonino to work with...
