I tend to agree with Renne more so because he generally seems to have better sources. But I know a lot of TSN is pulling for it to be the Leafs

Not for that price. Nash maybe but he's at 7 million. Anyone at 4.5 and under scoring 25 goals is likely still on their RFA deals and would require a huge contract and huge assets to aqquire

the fans, GM and owner want a cup.
Winning fixes everything. Especially when the worst possible scenario after winning a cup is having to make a tough decision on another player.
you add 40+ goals to last years team and we're talking playoffs.
if i were a betting man, i would say the Sabres are going to at least take a shot at signing him.

it's quite annoying when they're giving the leafs all the credit in the world for this year and they made fun of us last year on Sportsnet

You watch, if Stammer signs in TO he he will be made out to be a God...here and he is an injury prone, overpaid loser.

We've still got many holes to fill, contracts to re-up , and I just can't buy in to a 10+ mil. contract on one guy. Yes, it's Stamkos, but.... can't get there.
That being said, if they sign him July 1, I'm his biggest fan,lol.

like a0.925 sv%. Bolts lost by a three goal swing over 7 games but got outshot by like 100 shots over the series. A few biscuits in the basket and their still playing.

We have the expansion draft where we can unload a contract ot two and Jack and Sam will be on their first contracts. Plus, the cap will go up. There may be a tough decision here or there. It will be manageable.

The Bolts looked completely gassed for 6 & 7. Kucherov, and Hedman disappeared. Bishop would have made no difference.
