Was he not used in a second defence pairing role? On what fancy stats would one use too explain the season Florida had? How was the penalty kill? Who logged the most minutes on the penalty kill? Is it possible that fancy stats don't fulling explain the quality of a player? I think it's funny a number of so called analysts mention Mccan as a solid two way player. Has anyone mentioned his face off effiency? probably not Stop cherry picking stats to paint a picture. For frank sakes!

I'd still go for Eriksson, and hope he nets at least 25, and we still need to add another 20 or so. trade Hansen in the summer or tdl. If we ended up with one of Lucic or Eriksson, I think management would be happy.

If we can get the right ufa's or acquire through trade, I hope we can add enough finish that players in Utica or from jr. aren't rushed into the lineup before they are ready.

Probably could get hammer for half the cost to/term, I wouldnt be mad if he stuck around to play 6 and mentor Tryamkin (assuming hes on the roster) but it would take letting go 2 of 3 outta Sbisa/Pedan/Larsen. And i dont want to lose Pedan
