I just want the cup to be over with so playoff teams can start trading their players they can't afford. Hopefully San Jose sweeps them in four
Right now I'm expecting the series to go to six though. |

Bills RT Seantrel Henderson, who is battling Crohn's disease, has been a no-show for OTAs and is considered "MIA."
The Buffalo News refers to Henderson as "off the grid." Rex Ryan hasn't spoken to Henderson since the end of last season, and "teammates haven't heard from him" and "aren't sure when or if he'll be back." The Bills have moved forward with Jordan Mills and Cyrus Kouandjio competing at right tackle. Henderson reportedly underwent surgery "a few months ago" to address his battle with Crohn's disease, which caused him to lose 20 pounds. Crohn's disease is an inflammatory bowel condition that can cause severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, and weight loss. David Garrard dealt with it late in his Jaguars career.

It's nice to dream about Tkachuk but I just don't see Edmonton swapping with us unless TM does something stupid. If he is available at #5, the Canucks take him. |

I think there's a good chance the Oilers trade the pick for a right shot defenceman. I don't think the Sabres are that team unless Murray wants to give up Bogosian and more to get him but Bogosian has a no trade so I doubt that.
Whoever trades up to 4 will get Tkachuk so its a moot point. I look at the Blues, Ducks, Hurricanes and Wild as potential suitors for it. Hopefully not the Ducks because I'm holding out hope we get one of their three somewhat available defenceman. Then again all those teams are in the playoffs besides the Canes and I don't think Oilers want to drop past 9 so I don't know maybe they keep the pick?
Maple Leafs. Matthews
Jets. Laine
Blue Jackets. Pujarvi
Oilers. Tkachuk
Canuks. Dubious
Flames. Nylander
Coyotes. Jouvei
Sabres. Churcryn
That's my prediction early on. I really want Nylander or Jouevi though |

Crohn's is a pretty rough disease. Can't blame the Bills for that. |

I think there is zero chance the Flames pick Nylander. Not the player Brian Burke would want on his team.

Anyone else a fan of Jost? The video I watch of him the more I like the Sabres keeping #8 and selecting him. I know he's a center, but I'm sure he can easily be slotted on the wing. Leadership, grit, good in corners, and can put the puck in the net, what's not to like?
Also, there's a nice write up about Sean Day that's just hit the internet. I know a lot of guys on here like him, but what's the deal with him being so low in the standings? Many people have him 2nd-3rd, but he seems to have all the tools to be first round material. |

Is he the best player available at #8 ?
Does he make this team better right now ?
Do we package our #8 pick for a top 6 winger that helps us now ? |

Jost's stock has been rising for many. 15 points in 7 games at the WJC's didn't hurt. He would be a good player to acquire in the draft, just depends if Juolevi or Nylander fall. If they do, can't skip passed them despite Jost's impressive year. |

So the damn FNC site says tickets can be purchased for the draft on tickets.com. I go to tickets.com and there are no events between June 11 and July 12 for the arena....bastards |

I like Jost a lot, but not sure if he is GMTM's type of player...a little on the small side but still a very impressive talent. I would like the Sabres to take Jakob Chychrun. He is a big burly dman that can skate very well and has an excellent shot |

Not as crazy about Jost as most. A project of a player due to the lack of competition he faced. Likely two-three years away from making the NHL and his natural position is center. I want a skilled fast winger or a big left shot defenceman with high hockey IQ and puck moving ability. Any of the top three defenceman fill that role and Nylander fills the quick skilled winger role those would be the only four players I have on my board at 8 |

Didn't he miss time last year too? Crohn's is pretty nasty, but as a side effect the steroids(anti inflammatories, not anabolic) should help out with day to day swelling that comes along with playing OL in the NFL.
But seriously. Make a (frank)ing phone call for (frank)s sake! |

I think they have a good chance, not like the last few years when it was obvious the Kings and Hawks would win. But I just can't bring myself to say they're going to win. |
