What are your taxes like?

2.16% (there are two different taxes one is fixed 1% the other was voter approved 1.16%)
Edit* SF reassessment is weird though and we still pay based on the house sale at the moment; which is close to 1mil less than projected sale value right now based on neighborhood sales lately. |

We got lucky living in SF and buying before the big spike. That said I couldn't really sell our house and make a huge gain since I would just buy another place at an equally astronomical price. If for some reason we left the SF/Bay Area we would be set though.

but didn't he say that other taxes there are the equivalent of like 2.6% so his federal/state taxes are much lower that our federal/provincial taxes
