Does anybody know the answer to this? When we sign prospects to their ELC so that we don't lose their rights, do they automatically have to play pro here? I know we can send players who signed a ELC back down to juniors if they're under 20, but what about overseas guys like Karabacek?

I think there's a loophole with a 4th year type thing but I'm pretty confident all 3 guys

Martin, Cornel, Karabecek will be in AHL or ECHL

Cornel is a lock to make Rochester
Martin I see being a fringe guy to start

I'd cut him completely if there wasn't the stupid cap hit rule. Figured 2 million off his salary would've been a realistic offer to him

Foligno is so tricky gauge... he can disappear for half seasons but last year one could argue that he was a top 3 player on this team for a better half of the year. I do as well see at least one of them dealt.

Thanks. I'm just trying to get an idea of the new faces that will be in Rochester next year, I'd like to take in a few games. I can't imagine Karabacek being there the way people have talked about his lack of development.
