I have no idea about any personal issues, very well could of been but to my knowledge I don't know. All I know is that they were on a line together for a majority of the time and ROR had his best season as an Av playing with him. Also brings the speed element we surely lack and can play the LW

Plan B may be a couple different players, I guess anyone not names Stamkos could be plan B. He is trying for stud winger for Eichel, Nothing on Duchene but that doesn't mean anything.
