Slowly, still inconsistent with really nice areas a block away from poop holes but overall it's really improved. It surprises me every time I go down there.

Who else besides Dallas, Columbus, Arizona, Florida, Carolina, St. Louis, Minnesota, NYI, Anaheim, Colorado, NJ would watch their series? And that's not even mentioning the Canadian clubs. Give me a break Buffalo has just as much clout as those cities when it comes to national viewers.

Only a handful of teams in the league transcend their market just like the NFL. At least with Buffalo NHL would know they would get record breaking viewership in NY

You're just trolling if you think a series of Colorado Avalanche vs. Carolina Hurricanes gets more viewers then it would without Buffalo in it. That's the point.

Right my point is picking on Buffalo just for the sake of it being Buffalo isn't relevant here because as matter of fact more than half the league would get equal to or less then the national viewership the Sabres (a top hockey market) would get, if they made the cup finals as well. So it wouldn't be the awful tragedy you're making it out to be for them.

NBC absolutely sucks donkey Richard when it comes to being a fourth rate network. They used to have the best shows on TV. ER, Seinfeld, original Law & Order, Frasier, Friends and on and on. It really was "must see TV". But sometime after Seinfeld went off the air it started going downhill, then we hit the "late night wars redux" and we saw just how poorly it was run. And now, it's nothing more than a joke.
