He gets a C from me. His size and speed are a rare combo but he was a ghost the first half of the season. He needs to use his size more, he plays best when he's playing physical. I think trading him would be a mistake, playoff performer and replacing his speed which we've already lost over the last year or so would be very difficult to replace.
Only way I would trade him is for say . . . Draisitl

Kreider is a mental midget that needs to get his head out if his ass. If over thinking got you an award he would be the all-time winner. He's like a Doberman pincher...the body type to be an awesome dog but a head too small for its brain. Frustrating is the word to describe his many off nights. I can go on but ultimately his potential is still there and give another year or 2. Playoff performance is what us keeping here for me and it has come in the regular season as well. C+

Exactly! Kreids is too smart for his own good. How many languages can he speak? I think he has lost his simple hockey skills playing to his strengths of flying down the wing, cutting in and taking the body to get the puck on net. Big body and fast=unstoppable. Last year was sissified Kreider until the playoffs. I'm willing to spend the money on a guy that hibernates until the playoffs, but ultimately produces when it counts. Not so much this year. How much of this is on AV?
