Yeah, played for Hamilton this year.

From what I understood with Horton was that CBJ chose NOT to insure him because he was medically cleared at the time. When his back went again, he was put on LTIR but CBJ had to pay out of their own pocket hence why they traded them. So, it was a bad call by CBJ because they could have played it safe anyway and pay the insurance premium just in case.
