There are some good and decent names on those lists. Don't forget that JB did not make final decisions in boston either. Before Demko, I would have loved to have Subban as our prospect Goalie.

You have to remember he was only assistant GM. How many were his picks? How many were Chirelli's? They worked as a team to make those picks.

This is where we disagree . When you lead off with the Question how long was Benning with the Bruins because their drafting record is not spectacular , myself and I am sure a few others take it as a dig towards Benning. You are more than welcome to defend your statement that it was not an attack on JB.

McCann was traded for a very good player so it does not remove any of the shine off that Benning drafted 4 NHL players in his first draft
