I was just reading an article on Yahoo about the first one I posted and they had a video of the second one too.

There's always the Louisville basketball player from a few years ago. That was pretty horrific too.

Obviously there's McGahee. And the original Theismann. There was this one of a high school track meet and this girl was running the hurdles and fell on her stomach and her foot ended up right next to her hip.
