No sushi joints? What's wrong with you people? - CubanBuffet
If I'm coming from out of town, I'm looking for more of an atmosphere than a sushi joint can offer. |

Kaide in Yaletown. Also expensive, also amazing. If you're willing to leave downtown, Toshi's on Main and 16th or Sushi Loku on Fraser and Broadway are a lot cheaper but still damn good. - CubanBuffet
Yep, Toshi's is very good too, have to try Sushi Loku then

Yep, and apparently Vancouver has the most sushi restaurants per capita in the world. I guess being on the Pacific ocean helps. |

Yes exactly. I took your advice and went to Yaletown to the flying pig. Really good food and atmosphere for a Tuesday night. Plus its a 2 minute walk from my sisters. |

i forget the japanese term but sit at the sushi bar and just have the chef make what he feels. you have options as to how many courses but it's a great way to enjoy a unique sushi experience. the best part is that you're able to converse with the chef as he makes the sushi. |

Glad you enjoyed it. Great spot.
If you want to end off the night with an old fashioned, head over to the distillery. |

There's a place on Granville called the Warehouse that sells full meals for $5 each and it's pretty good quality food. Plus they have good beer. |

It really depends, for all the clubs, what happens between now and the end of August. If Stamkos doesn't sign in Toronto, or any other significant UFA, I predict you'll be last again. |

Ladd on free agency 'I've done the rebuild thing there in #Winnipeg. At this point in my career I want another chance to win a #StanleyCupÂ
Doesn't sound like a good fit for the Canucks. |

Keith Yandle appears destined to hit UFA market. #NYR and his camp have not had any contract extension negotiations.
Yandle and Gudbranson would make a good second pairing, slides Hutton down where he should be with Tryamkin. |
