they were ok, but a fraction of what they were in the 90's
it's tough for a band to continue when the singer leaves, even if steve only sang 2/3 of the songs

not sure if any other band kept it going with a different singer - homiedclown
Steve's voice was just powerful, so it brought sooo much more to the band than they can do without him.
I will say though, the coolest part about that concert in Charleston was they had some small acoustic portions they were doing outside before the show. Here's one from youtube from the concert I was at. There were only about 60 people standing infront of them watching, we were in the second "row" of people, so very close.
Back in Buffalo that never would have been possible since they're so much bigger.
If you sign say Stamkos and okposo you may have to. I'd considering exposing Kane before ennis though. Makes Vesey even that more important as he falls in the under 2 year category - turbo044
kane's got size, speed and plays a north/south game, exactly what the pens did as a team on their way to the cup...ennis is slippery and skilled but his east/west game doesn't do it for me
Pachs article says Bogo has to be protected because of his clause, but leaves Molson unprotected - is there a difference between NTC and NMC that comes into play for these rules? - Der Kaiser
yup...no-trade is different from no-movement in the expansion equation
my point in the piece is I would protect him rather than Deslauriers and that the experience clause might dictate the sabres exposing d-lo over carrier anyway

The last of the expansion rules that came out said NTC would have to be protected too. Having to protect Moulson would hurt.

50 people there, 6 of us knew who they were - homiedclown
The entire show was sold out, but if they were doing this small set like that video where we were just feet away from the guys, there would be some big crowds as opposed to what there were here.
The show we went to was some british dude who sang "funny" songs, ben folds, Guster and BNL. It was quite enjoyable (wife and I are huge Guster fans too)

Also think of all the other bottom 6 guys that will be exposed good chance that he wouldnt be selected
