I think they are in a downward spiral into a rebuild and Datysuk saw the writing on the walls and decided to jump out.

For the record...

I was NOT comparing Ennis to Hall or Eberle as equals or even close to it. Hall and Eberle are hands down the better players.

My only point was... if we are going to sell off a top 4 dman and a #8 pick plus more.. I'd like their numbers, games played (Hall), etc to blow me out of the water as our legit LW candidate.

They both kind of strike me as Evander Kane types where they will be the first scapegoat anyone here will have if they don't pot 30 goals like Kane didn't in his first season.

I've heard they are so hihg on Mantha and Larkin that they are willing to move Nyquist and his 4.75M contract new contract after a down year.

They absolutely do need to move Howard because I would all but guarantee he would be the starting goalie for Las Vegas if not.

from what i can gather it used to be a pretty bustling city.. hell their are several multi story buildings "downtown" that are just completely abandoned. If i remember correctly even some 10 story ones.

But yes i go there every now and then for work. i feel nervous driving through there.
