Before you continue to joke about this, how about you think about the horror that 2 year old child went through when he was dragged under water, drowned and ripped apart alive by a alligator while his parents watched. Not so funny anymore |

So I don't know a ton about Vesey. I know he was a highly coveted guy from Harvard sure.
But if he was in this year's draft where would he fall in the top 10 in terms of talent? Who is he comparable to? I've heard some say that he is ready today to be a top 6 player every day?? |

Agreed that it is a sad thing but truthfully. His body was found fully intact without a single piece missing or bite marks. The gator brought him under, drown him, and let go. |

Where did Kane go?
How about Ennis and Girgensons?
Pysyk too?
It's not going to cost all of that to move to 4 to draft Thachuk

Impossible to say but probably outside the top 10 in my opinion |

Not sure where he would fit probably top 10.
But the fact that a playoff team had them in their top 6 for their playoff run last year makes me think he is more than ready. |

It was a post in reference to Moulson and not once did I mention that child. I attempted at some sarcasm and in retrospect should not have, therefore it was wrong. You are right. |

Meh- nothing's out of bounds. One of the reasons I love South Park so much.
Everyone and everything is fair game.

I'm feeling uncomfortable with you attempting to insult my intelligence.
You're really crossing the imaginary line I've created. And since my moral high ground is beyond reproach, You should feel a lot of shame right now. |

I guess what I am getting at with Vesey is that if you know he is on the hook for our team. Do we no longer need Nylander if he is there? Is he replaceable and we take D |

Can't make that analysis cuz he's 21 or 22 in a draft class of 18 year olds. If he was 18 coming off a hobey Baker winning year he'd be top 5. Best comparison is with current young sabres. I dont think he'd put up the points reinhart will but he'd certainly be ahead of daily, foligno, Larsson on the depth chart. I think he'd start day one as Eichel's winger along with reinhart and not look out of place at all. I want him signed more than any other player. Clayton is a close second. I think in year one, given his maturity, vesey puts up more points than anybody in this draft class other than Matthews and possible Laine. |

Vesey plays year one for the sabres, nylander doesn't. Anybody we pick at #8 is likely 2 years away, so you take your highest rated player there. What it may do is dissuade you from trading up to #3 or #4 as those guys may play year one. Unfortunately how are you going to know if you're signing vesey on August 15 on June 24th? |

With his age it would be a late round first round pick . He was actually already ready a year ago and then he decided to go to Harvard for one more year to do the loophole Lol
he would be on our opening day roster in the top six maybe with Jack Eichel
Style comparison would be Kreider with more hockey IQ IMO |
