I'd put Fowler with Deslauriers. He's the next Shea Weber.

I think it depends on cost. He's a top 4 d man. Makes a mill less than Bogo. I don't think he's great, don't hate him.

Problem is, he might actually be the best option available

And there would be your lethal combination I think people forget Nicholas Lindstrom never used to be physical etc he was just a very very very very smart defenseman

yandle costs us no players or picks, but 2 mil more on the cap

if you get yandle as a free agent, you can move the dead weight for picks, prospects or package a few for 1 player that will make a bigger impact on this club come fall

He is a good top 4 blueliner

He is worth a lot IMO and it's a price I would not pay because I think it's stupid
He's on a good contract he's young he gets up to 30 points a year left handed defenseman power play QB is everything a team wants he's just soft Lol

If we draft one of the top three then you'd put Fowler as number 1 D for a year or two till the top pick is ready

a solid under rated signing would be Wiercioch once the Sens don't qualify him. Hes better than the Sens used him (really strong underlying defensive numbers). He would be a good guy to have be a short term filler on the 2nd pairing.

Goligoski or Yandle would be nice pick ups, but thats a lot of Cap and probably NMCs that would have to be handed out to sign those guys. Cant see them now asking for them. I think the big name UFA market is dicey and you would have to give out the NMC to sign the big names
