He is still trying to move up but won't sell the farm to do it, I do know one thing, nobody and I mean nobody is saying anything outside of the organization about Stamkos. That ORDER has come straight from the top I was told. Talk is within with the brass only.


It's going to cost a lot to move up but I know he has no problem keeping the 8th pick.

It would be nice to move up but not at the cost teams are asking, trading Ennis, Psysk and all the other crap we have been reading about won't get it done. However let's see if things change with certain players as the week goes on.

Feels like were going to have another Babcock situation on our hands.

He's a Sens/nhl fan but he knows a fair bit of ppl in the league. The chatter has picked up here too, if he its ufa hes coming home.

I suspect we'll find out Tuesday (Murray's presser) that he will give some spiel about not expecting the Sabres to do much in FA and that they will look for trades and ways to improve the team.

when you're Canadian and the Leafs or Habs come calling IMO it would be hard not to go to either team, I don't fault Babcock, only Stamkos knows where he wants to play.

That and the 20M+ people who just watched it. Game 6 had a 7.7 rating with a 27 share for 20.7 million people You won't find a bigger hockey fan than me, but you're just delusional if you think the NHL "could carry the NBA's skates to the rink", to use a metaphor close to our hearts, ratings wise. Game 6 was the most watched non-clinching game 6 in 13 years on ABC.

Game 6 of the Cup Final got a 3.1 rating for 5.4M people.

I'd like to see Buffalo get another pro sports team, Basketball? Baseball? Would be fun to have another team.

I couldn't give less of a fack who won tonight, but I was out at Tully's and everyone in there was rooting for Cleveland, and I have to admit I got a little pumped up. It was a phenomenal game, you know as far as the NBA can be exciting, "oh look, another basket".
