Scuderi turned into Daley and he and Kunitz helped the team win the cup. I'd say it turned out all right

By the graces of God Scuderi turned into Daley. You can't sit here and tell me signing him was a good idea. And Kunitz is overpaid for his production and what he brings right now. We are fortunate we are in a good cap situation and can stomach the hit. In a world where Murray didn't step in this year and make Fleury expandable, Kunitz would be an issue this offseason.

Flower is not getting a high 1st round pick. There is no precident for it. Schneider got the 10th overall, but he was 4 years younger than MAF is right now. With the expansion draft looming, MAF's value is low. A 2nd and a B prospect is what i would expect for MAF.

it is wayne gretzky... it is a once in a life time experience to see him play... even though he is 55 and retired

I thought we were cap compliant with everyone returning? Plus the cap has gone up less than expected. We knew the end of kunitz contract would be troubling, but he was affordable top 6 a few years ago. Kunitz would costs us schultz I guess.
