Higgins needs to be dumped, bought out however.. He's done here... Burrows I think they'll wait until after free agency starts to figure him out.. If we land a big Ufa then he'll be done.. If we don't get one of our guys I don't think it'll be a terrible thing to have him on the 4th line.. But I still expect we land somebody I don't want to a silly contract and buyout Burrows lol
