No, I've found this wonderful place called Pointe-du-Chene in NB outside of Moncton. I'm a couple minute walk from the beach, fire pit in the backyard, and it all costs less than half of the west coast. Aside from snow in the winter (lots of it), the only thing that sucks is my 35 minute commute.
