1) This person activated their account as a STH. We need to find someone who is currently banned or maybe was banned awhile ago and is now unbanned on their main/other alt.
- side consideration: is the fact that he registered as an STH part of the troll job?
2) This person probably has a history of registering an alt as an STH
3) This person is a frequent MISC/non-front-page guy
4) This person also used to go in Ek's threads
