All true but Strombo was awkward as f*ck and definitely didn't have the respect of the panel. They need to have a 'hockey guy' hosting.

No fan of Ron Maclean either mainly cuz he is not what i would call a hockey guy. Too wishy washy & dull for my liking & doesn't hype the game enough.
His matter of fact style is blasé & a more colourful guy needed is a huge step up.

I don't believe he did.. Like the one guy said, his putter never touched the ground. So if it didn't touch the ground wouldn't the ball have moved forward if he had touched it??

I think Friedmann is perfect doing what he is doing. I'm glad they brought Hrudy back into the studio. The host doesn't really have to be a hockey expert just somebody who keeps things moving. I don't really care one way or another about either Stromboli or Ron.

It depends. If I recall it was an uphill slope to the pin but I still don't think he touched it. It moved about as much as a ball mark. Probably the mark that caused it to roll back like that.
