Considering they are drafting number 1, got a starting goalie and look to land Stamkos, I'm really not sure you'll see much disappointment in Leafs fans faces. Lou can't promise him top line minutes like TM can. He has to earn his spot on the Leafs roster battling the likes of Marner, Nylander, Soschnikov, Hyman, Brown and Kapenen. Not too mention Michalek and Greening. I just don't see him being a fit in TO.

Brown had 29 pts in 34 games in the AHL (maybe best one of the group)
Soshnikov had 28 pts in 52 games in the AHL.
Kapanen had 25 pts in 44 games in the AHL.

Christ... Philip Varone had 32 pts in 44 games, William Carrier had 30 pts in 56, even Baptiste had 28 pts in 62 games and his debut AHL year was basically a disaster.

I don't think he should get more than either of them at all. They both have their name on the Cup 3 times. Both have won the Conn Smythe. Kane has a scoring title (probably would have 2 if he didn't break his collarbone last year).
