The mods appear to be adhering more to the CoC than before. They're actually banning for avoiding the word filters now which hadn't been a problem for the 4 years I had been doing it before this. I'm fine with the idea, but would've preferred some semblance of warning before the change of approach. |

I don't see how the Islanders "ruined" him. He just isn't that good. It was a poor pick by the Isles initially and then a poor decision to acquire him at the cost of Barzal + (1/2 of) Beauvillier by Chiarelli.

Jero is a bigger repeat offender than Matt Cooke. Deserves every ban he gets. Finally the refs are getting it right. You can't really say that in any sport.

And therein lies the problem. We don't seem to have a dedicated mod for these boards so we're subject to inconsistent bans. I don't blame the mods and we are still breaking CoC, but it'd be nice to have a mod that actively takes part in conversation. |

And therein lies the problem. We don't seem to have a dedicated mod for these boards so we're subject to inconsistent bans. I don't blame the mods and we are still breaking CoC, but it'd be nice to have a mod that actively takes part in conversation.

a lot of them are really cool and don't bother with anything that doesn't cross a realistic line of what can and can't be said on a freaking hockey website, some of them take themselves and/or the site too seriously, and at least one of them has snapped like a shell shocked vietnam vet. |
