Jets, as is their style, haven't tipped hand but several teams told me to not rule out notion of Puljujarvi going 2nd overall to WPG. - GilPerreault11
Was trying to say this last week and got laughed at.... Wether it's a smokescreen or not JP is closer to the other two then people think
with the 8th pick, the sabres select logan brown - homiedclown
Doubtful, as the last thing we need is another center. Size: check, skill: check although it didn't show until the 2nd half of the season. Maybe, if he can play wing, I suppose. Choosing for size gets you in trouble. If we pick a forward at #8, I hope they're looking Keller

Logan Brown could be our Jordan Staal, Elite 3rd line C. But yes, I agree that I would take Nylander or Keller over him but you can't go wrong with any of the talent that will be available at 8, regardless we are getting a good player
More like 2016 NHL troll draft. I couldn't stop thinking this was a Garth blog while reading it.
As if the Sabres are in a position to criticize anyone about bottom 5 finishes. That's like the Oil criticizing bottom 5 teams when they drafted Nurse.
And Gauthier will never be as good a scorer as Vesey? He hasn't played an NHL game yet so some people need to get off his Richard like he is some bona fide 1st liner. - RonPielep
