I agree with you. He only has one year left on his deal. If he turns it around, great, you got a former number 1 pick for a 3rd rounder. if not he sits in the press box.

Meh, i beg to differ but we have been down this road before.

There is no risk involved for the Sabres, we give up a 3rd rd pick for a guy who has crazy talent but just cant find it right now.

Again, its a one year try out basically and we can sit his ass in the press box.
