And I work out in this crap all day, I know the feeling. Traffic sucked also, Harmon and Paradise is to crowded. |

Yeah, I was referring to PPG. Didn't do much more in-depth analysis. Did I overlook something? |

He could come back and have a career year or could come back and never be the same because of the concussion. Do you get something for him now not knowing which Ennis is coming back or roll the dice and hope he hasn't lost a step?
I see it this way, he is not a TM pick or style of player (smaller in size) and Hoffman is a TM pick and (a little bit) larger than Ennis. - adambuffalo
I never said I wouldn't do the trade, just that I don't think Ennis was as bad as has been said. I doubt you even get Hoffman for Ennis just because his value is so low for the reasons you just stated. He can come back and be great or be Connolly all over again. |

Fasching and a 2nd for Nash and a 5th ( a rumor I saw, don't come down on me). |

I'm thinking that Murray wouldn't bail on Fasching already, but who knows. |

I agree, I would do the trade but I also think Ennis is better than what he showed last year ex: the previous 5 years. |

I'd honestly rip my Sabres tattoo off. Trade one of our best forward prospects AND a quality pick for a washed up has been who has mailed it in completely and makes 8 Million for only 2 years. I'd throw myself off the harborcenter in hopes of landing on TM. |

I work outside now too. I pack 6-8 bottles of water and 1-2 gatorades with my lunch cooler.
I don't have to work until 10, so traffic usually clears up before I go, plus I don't work near the strip, unless I have a delivery there. |

No unless people were just basing stats on last year. Hoffman was only in his 2nd full year last season. So i guess maybe people might think he could still raise his game a little bit more.
And while i agree with you that Ennis doesn't have to play Center i think his preferred wing is on the right... we really do need a LW |

Guy had 36 points last year. Tied for 191st in the league. I would give just the 5th for him. Highest I'd go is a 3rd and I don't want to do that until Stamkos has already signed somewhere. I don't need to help them clear cap for him. |

I was stationed at Nellis and worked on the flight line for 4 years before moving back to Buffalo. I loved it. The hotter the better. Phoenix for 4 years before Vegas too. |

Yes, I also agree on that. I was more reacting to a few people who seemed really excited and was curious if I was left out on some huge piece of info about Hoffman that makes him special.
Personally, doubt he raises his game much if at all. He is 26 already. Doesn't mean he isn't good but I'm not sure if I'm willing to go more than Ennis + conditional (or something like that) just to change wing and have a different name in the lineup. |

I prefer this over WNY weather, for sure. I've worked outside back east as well, and working outside in 115 degrees is still better than outside with a negative windchill.
But hot is still hot.
P.s thank you for your service as well |

NYR aren't allowed to eat half his salary - these damn rules. You obviously don't trade for Nash now because:
1. It takes BUF out of the Stamkos games
2. It puts NYR in the Stamkos games |
