NYR aren't allowed to eat half his salary - these damn rules. You obviously don't trade for Nash now because:
1. It takes BUF out of the Stamkos games
2. It puts NYR in the Stamkos games - turbo044
Why?
They have no contracts where salary is retained, each team is allowed 3, and a player is allowed to have salary retained twice. |

I prefer this over WNY weather, for sure. I've worked outside back east as well, and working outside in 115 degrees is still better than outside with a negative windchill.
But hot is still hot.
P.s thank you for your service as well - markyjoe
After living off of Lake Michigan for 5 years and living in humid Tampa for several I will take the midwest climate myself. For 8 months out of the year here it's so humid its hard to breath. |

What would it take to pull Lindholm out of Anaheim??? - bobmack13
I've heard they wouldn't trade him for a top line LW so more than we're willing to give. Probably 8, a good roster player, our best prospect, and then they'll answer the phone. |

Did someone retain salary when the Rangers traded for him? (They did trade for him, right? I can't remember that far back) |

Thanks...
anyway my point was he's old enough that I think we/they know what he is. I'd be more worried about his number fizzling out, post big contract, than I would expect them to improve. |

So, if Vesey signs here and plays well enough to earn the Calder, who sees the NHL changing the eligibility criteria setting an age limit for ROY? Exactly one year after a 22/23 y/o won it. The Buffalo way of how things work. |

Career wise PPG is pretty close i think is what he meant - Havic3814
Maybe but definitely not in goal scoring. Hoffmans a true 1st line winger. |

Baker just said that Guhle is the Sabres #1 prospect and that if he gets more muscle could push for a job in the big club. That'd be nice to see. |

i woudl prefer it be that we have too good of a defense so that he can't make to the big club regardless of his muscle |

I was a huge fan of the Bend, but it was college life, had a lot of fun. Obviously it is not far from Chicago and could just hop on the train to get there and free for me to get into ND hockey games, but I did have to buy student tickets for the football season. |
