Like to see Lucic in the Blue and Gold. - SABRES 89
Still would rather have Eriksson if we are going to pay for an open market UFA.
I could just never cheer for Lucic after how much hate I had for him years ago. Never could. Go to Vancouver with Miller. |

Fowler for Gus and Pysyk/Ennis
or
Lindholm for #8 Gus and Pysyk/Ennis - RhinoFan
I take a pause at the 2nd one but honestly that might not even be enough. I'd do it though.
Lindholm-Risto
McCabe-Bogosian
Gorges-Franson
Nelson
With Guhle and Borgen eventually coming up, I can roll with that. |

I mentioned before Girgensons for Fowler, i'm sure there might be more to it but that was what I was told. Rather move Ennis and keep Girgensons for the 3rd line. Teams are being cautious regarding Ennis. - SABRES 89
Yea I remember you saying that. Kind of hoping they had a sudden change of heart and went all in for Hampus. |

Oh I could root for him. If he went out and took a run at Marchand I could definitely root for him. |

I know we say it a lot but Lucic is a " Murray type player ". |

I'm sure he would cost more, we have traded Girgensons, Psysk and Ennis so much i'm shocked we can still move them. |

I think he had 2 good years under Nolan and then came back down when he was asked to play real hockey. If he would be a 4th line center and accept that role I'd be cool keeping him. But he thinks he's top 6. - Zschalberg

I'm told #Sabres are working on a potential trade with #Ducks. Told they've been talking "for a long time." #NHLDraft

If we trade Girgs/Ennis+ for Fowler I am happy. If we trade #8 for Fowler I am not happy.

Articles that he wasn't happy with how he was being used. I don't remember where/when or if they can be found but I remember that. I'm not sure how much could have been lost in translation but I took it as him thinking he's better than he's being used for. He was used as a 3rd line checking forward and wasn't happy there when honestly it's his best shot at being successful here since he doesn't have the hands, the speed, or the skill to be a scoring forward in a good top 6. |

Fowler at 4 for 2 more years allows the Sabres to draft D at #8, and develop him. |

Is Fowler physical at all?
He has pretty solid offensive numbers. Somewhat of a smaller frame for a defender ot my liking at least. Does he use his body to make checks or is he pretty one dimensional? |

I'd only trade 8 if Lindholm was involved I think now. |

Ohhhhh I still don't know if I like that. If I'm not getting that top defenseman I want that high pick. |

39 - tell them not to give up our #8 unless Fowler's name switches to Lindholm.

I'd rather have someone more physical but Fowler is a nice pick up. |

I only remember watching him a few years ago in the playoffs and he looked great to me. Was very smooth with the puck. I remember thinking that he was going to be something really special. This was a few years ago and I'm not sure what game/season it was. |
