Boston is an a world of hurt anyway I am not concerned with them.

If Boston trades their 1st and Buffalo does not its a wash.

I am way more on board with us giving up lower draft picks to a team like Minny for one of their young D since they only have 4 picks in the draft, or standing pat at 8, than giving up 8 for Fowler. Minny might be more desperate.

I would only trade for him if it's a sign and trade it's going to suck when he leaves for the Rangers next year and we're stuck with nothing

Lot of people on here saying Ennis has little to no value but doesn't this help Anaheims $ (his actual $ < cap hit) and give them a guy who can play wing (which I thought they wanted?). You can work around the concussion thing with conditional picks/ money. The guy was a good producer before the team went into the crapper. I'd bet he'd be good on the Ducks in a role where he wasn't the only offense on the team.
