That's what surprises me when I hear Foligno's name in the rumor mill. He seems to be TM's ideal 3rd/4th liner.

I dont disagree. I do believe the signing of deslaurier might spell doom. What foligno do you get? When he is good he is the perfect 3 rd line winger,but to often he is missing. In my opinion you cant advance into playoffs with him as your 3rd liner and playing soft like he tends to do

Only way I'm doing that is if we're getting Stamkos. Defense was better than the offense last year so I'm not stripping that even more to get better at defense without something to replace him. He was bad last year but I still believe and hope that he finds his stride with the team
