Dude will rock the NHL with stats, assists and goals. I think he will smash the league this year, have similar per game stats as McDavid did last year.

Ehhhhh that's a stretch. Let's face it, Eichel is great but McDavid is in a class of his own. I don't see Eichel putting up more than 1 P/G this year regardless of who we have on this team.

It's a helpful tool if used the right way but I think its very overrated

its often been stated "i don't think gerbe will ever be ready"

therefore it is a major overpayment... although they may all be old they at least have value

Exactly. I see Eichel getting maybe 70-75 points this year. That's if he stays healthy, progresses, and his linemates all do the same. He could easily do 50 points again. It's not a knock on him, it's just hard to score in the NHL and he's still young.
