This is totally fathomable. No one has inflated the market more than Terry Pegula during his tenure. This is what happens when you're flashy and flamboyant. I love the Pegula's, but this is a flaw. It's like the guy at the auction who bids high on everything and wears every thing on his sleeve. When it's that predictable it becomes a tool everyone else can use to their benefit.

Rychel couldn't even crack the Blue Jackets line up. He's a solid prospect but might never be a good NHL'er. You may have a deeper system but you have no one who's proven anything in the NHL consistently. Marner hasn't played on game in the NHL. You have no Reinhart. And don't try and say Nylander is your Reinhart because they're not even close. Marner could be like Reinhart but has yet to prove anything. You also have no one as good as O'Riley currently Kadri isn't close. You have a better prospect pool but we have good prospects and ones that are all ready proving their worth in the NHL
