Well done. While I think Kane has a taste for the nightlife and may find himself in some unfortunate circumstances, he's a 25 year old that makes $6M/year. who wouldn't in that situation?
I also think race may play in this in that he's "the black hockey player" that everyone recognizes.

I've seen your other comments in the last blog and I do agree with you in regards to his race playing a role.

In regards to the past alleged sexual assault that took place with Kane, nothing materialized in terms of an actual charge, yet it was reported and it only fueled his trouble maker reputation...and you know people love to use the "thug" term. Regardless of race, the media are very much snakes due to their love of shock stories and when someone is completely innocent when accused of that, it still stains the person's reputation. If they're guilty, they absolutely deserve it.

I can handle him going to Boston...their fans don't invade Buffalo like the Leaf fans.

Idk it's weird I have had some of the best interactions with Hab fans and some of the worst with Leaf fans when I had season tickets.

But the Leaf games were always more exciting.

Back in the '90s it wasn't like this. At least in the 300's/Oranges. Maybe in the nicer seats they were more civilized. They used to fight like one side was Catholic and the other was Protestant. I saw a full fledged brawl with about 15-20 people once. It didn't last very long, they we piss drunk and wore themselves out pretty quickly. Sometimes they even fought each other.

And FWIW I like Evander Kane as a player but this stuff that happens to him reflects badly on the organization.

Not that far fetched, he's embarrassed them and if you add enough top 6 talent you have to make tough choices on who to protect.

I dont expect it to happen but I wouldnt be shocked if it did.
