Im not a big fan of diverting to racisim immediately, but if you look at that girls twitter posts and combine it with the fact that he likes to be out there being a player, I think its a recipe for some low life trying to make herself famous. Regardless, this has nothing to do with the actual game of hockey, so i'll shut up now. - seedy
This is what I hate *no offense seedy* Kane is innocent until proven guilty.

Why are they both not given a fair "innocent until proven guilty"
At his age I had problems like his. None involving females or sex crimes but drunken bar shenanigans and having beef with people. I got a real job at 28 and I had to learn real quick how to avoid bad situations. When you're somebody people have expectations. Is that fair? No. The 'nobody' always seems to get a pass in a he said-she said situation. But avoiding trouble can be done. It involves swallowing your pride.
I haven't seen anyone mention that Kane was paid to be at the bar. He was making an appearance. So any person with an axe to grind would know he was there prior to going. He should be smarter than that, but he doesn't seem to be able to let things roll off his back.

This. I've absolutely gotten into my fair share of nonsense myself and got banned from Mister Goodbar a few times. I learned. Fighting gets old even when the person deserved it. Damn Buff State bros lol

What's funny if you walk away from clowns like that, you'll see somewhere down the road they get what's coming to them. If you're lucky you'll be there for a front row seat.

Here is the issue I see with Kane: When i was in my early 20's I bartended down there and was in the bars almost every damn night. My friends own all the bars now. All of those Sabres were always out. The difference is they got associated with some of the right people down there and whenever they went out they had a crew that included some of the most badass bouncers down there. Not these clowns now who take steroids and think they are tough, real actual bouncers. Nobody would even mess with those guys because of who they rolled with. Same went for Roy and that generation of Sabres. They all hung with the right crowd. Rasmus and crew do the same thing now. Kane came into town for that camp he did with the top draft eligible players and went out. He doesn't spend enough time here to befriend the right people. He IS a target whether you people want to accept that or not. Guys are jealous of him. He's a young guy with tons of money and can pull super models. You get some dumb guy drunk off fireball and all of the sudden he is a badass and wants to start poop. My advice to Kane would be to get in touch with the right crew to hang with and they will keep the clowns away from him.

Actually he's not. If he's done something then he's guilty of having done it. Innocent until proven guilty is only a legal term and really only applies in criminal law. He won't be convicted until proven guilty. Outside law we all come to our opinions and conclusions without knowing all the facts.
You may conclude that I'm an arrogant bumhole without knowing that I actually own my own business and have many conference calls with important people. That would be your right (and you actually would be right).
