He ended up there, but that wasn't the plan. Both Sheary and Rust were playing in the top 6 in the Cup Final.

Edit: Late. And the Pens have to make moves, they're already over the cap for this year and need to sign 2 more guys.

Even if we trade Ennis (or whoever) at some point,
I think I'd rather look to guys like Fasching, Baptiste, etc to fill some holes
Rather than pay a guy like Brouwer for 5+ years

I think we still need work on our defense,
