Oh sure. But it's still something that no one else really cares about when it happens to someone else rather than themselves. Especially when it's the cable company who is the "no one else."

I'd ditch it for an alternative—really only AT&T or Sat (no FiOS )—but the cable is part of my HOA and there's no discount for not having it. (This is should be another complaint but I'm the one who chose to live here, for other more important reasons.)

The other beef with them is I'd be just as happy to use just their Internet Streaming capabilities, but their implementation is so FUBAR. Limited on demand stream (almost none), so the only way you can watch stuff on your own time is to record it on the physical DVR and then access it remotely after it's been recorded, which is really only good when you're not at home. But still, when the DVR box reboots without any control for the inconveniently timed updates, your still SOL no matter where you are.
