if you want go buy one of those neck pillows. they're only like 10 bucks. throw it around your neck when you go to sleep and it will keep you from turning your head in your sleep. i noticed a lot of times i just woke up with the pain in the neck (not my ex girlfriend, like the actual pain in my neck) and i think it was just from sleeping funny.

it did seem to help.

i got a nice memory foam one with a snap in the front so it stays in place.

i also have one that vibrates for a little massaging action.

see, our spines don't know how to react to this newfangled upright walking position so we're susceptible to pain anywhere from our tailbone all the way up to our neck.

the spine was intended to be like a bridge cause we were hunched over like weirdohs.



but now we're piling all kinds of weight on it and it wasn't supposed to be like that.

I dumped the pasta salad that I had in a sandwich bag into a bowl but a lot of the dressing is still attached to the bag so now my pasta salad is a little dry
