No reason to think that. Leino had one good year. Moulson was a 9th round pick and late bloomer. Perhaps he only had a few flash in the pan seasons. Okposo is consistent

You trade for one I don't know who it is but you don't blow your load on a guy that has even reached 30 goals and only 27 goals is his highest of his career

Okposo just turned 28 while Ladd will be 31 in december. That is probably the mean reason I'd prefer Okposo. Both players have their value.

Wow, somebody needs to chill out. Hockey is about points. Okposo gets points at the same clip as O'Reilly. They've actually had close to the same number of goals in the last 3 years so they're somewhat comparable. You're not going to just say to Okposo "Okay, I only want you scoring goals, no passing the puck at all". He's there to produce goals and whether it's scoring them himself or passing it helps the team.
