I will say I want Hoffman more than Okposo too. I just don't think he's as available. Okposo is a FA, if Hoffman was I'd be saying the same about him.

You're 100% right that Hoffman isn't as available as Okposo and that is (probably) why Hoffman isn't the primary target.
