look at the terms of his deal and he wanted the no buyout clause because it's all about the $. If he gets bought out with the type of player he is he isn't likely to make up the lost dollars in another contract.

look at the terms of his deal and he wanted the no buyout clause because it's all about the $. If he gets bought out with the type of player he is he isn't likely to make up the lost dollars in another contract.

Schultz no but I said back over a few weeks ago they should sign Brandon Pirri. He would be a similar 2nd line scorer potential similar to what they're going to do with Rodin.

TBH I think the Erickson deal is probably one of the best 3 contracts today.

We can agree to disagree. It's just the way he plays. I think for 3 years he'll be fine but it's the last 3 years. If the cap stays the same for the next few years then teams continue to be shedding older player salaries for performance not up to their cap hit.
