Boedker signs with the Sharks - nice pick-up and fairly reasonable term and cap hit ($4 million over 4 years apparently) |

He knows that there is a high chance he is benched most of the year. Last year showed that the team doesn't care about being a vet. The better player plays and his play has dropped. in Carolina he likely plays 82 games(unless injury) |

Apparently you have no team sports experience because they do care and when a teammate let's you down or has a history of letting you down you will get a short leash or no rope or support.
But hey if he was that good for all those years why didn't any teams want him to sign here earlier. Keep it up because there's a reason why he wasn't playing in the NHL for the past 5 years - allsports
you're one of a kind man - I've played on teams my entire life and the one thing you do is support your teammates even/especially when/if they make mistakes - not turn your back on them at the drop of a hat.
why didn't he play in the NHL the last 5 years? - well there are these things called contracts that bind you to a team.....now that it is up he has the freedom to choose where he plays - its not rocket science dude.
again, i don't understand your blind ignorance as to all the facts I've provided you why Radulov is still considered a great player??? |

or he just wants as much control over his career as possible. not difficult to understand. sort of like the hockey equivalent of a pre-nup. - RealityChecker
Could be.
I lasted the first hour of free agency.....then headed down to Fundy with the kids. Great place! You can walk on the ocean floor for awhile, then the tides roll in. It must be a good 10M difference. |
