If you know the tail number of the plane you can find out real easy. You can either see a guy getting on a plane, find out from someone else, or do some digging into their financials if they're a public company to see what assets they own. There are a few other, shall we say, nefarious ways as well. Everyone's required to file a flight plan with the FAA. And they make the info public.

It's not really all that different now. They're sliding right back into it. The corruption never went away though. Sure, they're a democracy now, but when your guy gets like 98% of the vote you know there are shenanigans going on.

I'm not saying any of this has to do with Mogilny or Vesey.
