Where there's smoke there's fire. You never know. The 3rd pairing doesn't make sense to me as there's Tree with Larsen, or Tree with Pedan, or Tree with Sbisa? I'm hoping for some mentors hip for Tree but we don't see to have the right mix there that's why I could see the Nucks maybe thinking about giving him an offer.

I still think that with Dal signing Hamhuis over Russell that tells volumes about how much they were impressed with Russell over Hamhuis.

It can be predicted a bit by the contract too. 1 way contracts are essentially a big sign they want them to make the team his year. Definitely not a sure thing but I think we could see a trade this summer to open at least a roster spot for 1 or 2 of Larsen and Rodin.

bang on since both need to clear waivers & Rodin was told he will play.
Larssen was a holding pattern signing which IMO JB was leaving himself room to make another deal. That said I do not see more D signed but maybe a trade could be in the works yet but I doubt that. Pedan is in limbo but will be signed & prolly Biega sent to Utica as a 1st D call up again if injuries.
