The news is is 95% slanted to there own or someone sponsoring their own agenda. That being said this whole Evander situation is frustrating and I wish it would go away. If it's true what happened I guess the only thing I ask is that Bettman give us back the cap space but knowing that banana eater he'll make us keep the cap hit. As far we know Eichel wasn't the one who did it. If a Sabre player was there I don't care let it go! This is about Kane! In any major city the fact that this happened and that there were teammates present would be reported. maybe in some hick college football town where they live to protect their teams it wouldn't they would keep it hush hush but Buffalo is in the big leagues not the SEC or ACC.

Why? The police have seen enough to not have criminal charges. This isn't a Ray Rice incident. According to the article the police saw that there was a video, watched said video, and decided to not pursue criminal charges. So am I supposed to be all up in arms about something that I can't see, wasn't there for, am only hearing 3rd party sources about, and the police are saying isn't a huge deal?

Read the article. It's in the Buffalo News today. They can't prove there was an intent to "restrict airflow", but those who saw the video say it's clear what happened.
