I agree with everything you said, my question was genuine - I didn't know that "intent to restric airflow" was a thing that police needed to make an arrest.

I think Kane is as good as gone unfortunately because I like him and because his trade value is not very high. Maybe they force him to go to counseling, keep him for awhile after that and then deal him so his value rises.

I have seen Kane out with Reinhart more than once. I've seen Kane with Eichel. My brothers GF works at a bar they frequent and we go there to watch March Madness or the NBA finals once in a while. He's there with the kids a lot.

I have never seen O'Reilly there, not even Bogo. It's always the kids who probably think his BS is still fun.

Nope - disagree - he probably won't be re-signed in a couple of years when his contract runs out and the Nylanders of the world are ready to step-in, but they're not trading him now for pennies on a dollar.
