Funny enough a guy in my group birdied the first 6 holes lol. I was 4 under after 6 and 2 down to him. He ended up shooting 69.
We were feeding off eachother so it was fun.

I don't drink that much when I play, but ironically had 4 beers that round. Coors light, but still was the perfect amount.

Sagebrush in Merritt is one of my favourites. Played the dunes and sun rivers years ago but don't remember them much.

It's a fine line. My stag started out at Niclaus North, and while a couple can loosen you up, it doesn't take much to turn it into a total mess. We ended up needing an escort for the final two holes. I'll give it to them, they tried really hard to be cool, but we made it pretty hard for them. Luckily it was early in the season and the course was pretty slow.

This is a great blog - lots of good info on the signing and laugh out loud humour from bobbylou.

The Dunes sucks. Sun Rivers isn't that great either, unless you are a sharpshooter. Riverside and Tobiano are awesome and Kamloops golf course is fun to play, but there's not much to look at.

Amazing course to play. But it can eat you alive. Played it three times. Best score is 92 there. So many blind shots, If your balls lands in the long stuff. Not a chance in hell you're going to find it.

It's been closing down since it opened. They were banking on people buying lots on the golf course and on Kamloops lake below, the same way Whistler used to make its money, but no one was interested. That kind of resort community has a hard time in a town like Kamloops. Sun Rivers does ok, but it's right in the middle of town. Tobiano is a bit of a hike. But man, it's a hell of a track.

Silver Cloud Hotel. Can't beat it. Across from the stadium and roof top pool. It's an awesome party

Absolutely. Stayed there a week last year right across the street from Safeco. Great Pub food and service there…the pool…everything. A bit pricey for the better rooms but worth it if you can find a deal. They were pretty dead in May last year so we got a room upgrade for free from $179/night special to a $400 room for nothing. It was more like a condo overlooking Safeco with it's own bar separate living room/bedrooms whathaveyou…outstanding. Will go back.

MY dad and I crunched some numbers. Decided its essencially the same price to fly to toronto and get a hotel for a three game set rather than sleep three nights in Seattle.

The hotels down there know when the Jays are in town and they Jack the fukking prices WAY up.

So Instead of going to seattle for a three game set this year, were going to go see them in TO in a couple months.

Are you really in the basement?

Looked at it. $385 vs $325 at a nice boutique hotel I found. Stadium area is out of the way a bit so probably staying at other place.

On a side note. Had my career round the other day. Shot 67. Had it 7 deep after 11 but ended up -5.
