Larsen .
If Hutton gets traded I expect Stetcher to be promoted . Same type player. - VANTEL
Larsen is a question mark, for me, still, and Stetcher needs some AHL time. I'm just really against trading young players when you're getting a questionable return.
But I do see the logic in it. |

We finally have a bit of depth at a premium position, we need to hoard these guys and wait for teams to start asking. You can start by packaging up Sbisa & ? |

If only Horvat was as good as Sean Monahan....(frank)!
On the bright side, Monahan was picked 6th overall. Which proves you can find a number one center outside of the top three picks.
Edit: Sam Bennett was picked 4th overall....damn it I hate the Flames, lucky wieners! |

Agree 100%....you simply can't win in the NHL without a great one/two punch down the middle. Unless you have a hall of fame defence and goaltender that is - LeftCoaster
IMO This is where the team will falter over the next couple of years. The team is improving from the net out, JB has to think about the next few years carefully. I like the fact Columbus recognized Pierre-Luc Dubois was a piece they needed and acted. JB better have the same mindset moving forward. |

Hope we fall into that area again, will make this a lot easier. |

IMO Benning recognized what a train-wreck the organization has become in terms of defensive prospects and depth. He's working on a solution. In the past three drafts he's drafted Juolevi, Candella, Brisebois, Neil, Olsen & Tryamkin....if three of those kids make it that's an absolute win for JB. |

Yup...I could see us around 6-8 next draft. |

We do love a good worry
I think most of the things being mentioned are already being looked into |

Sorted. That's where we get our Center if the balls fall our way this time. |

Tanev's modified NTC kicks in after next year. Do they consider trading him at all? |

Just saw this on the Buffalo thread. The blogger (who feels that the best thing for Kane would be to go back home) suggests as follows:
Kane for Hutton plus a prospect.
I do this trade (depending on the prospect). What about you? and who would you include as a prospect? - Zogg
Kane is not worth Hutton straight up at this point. Buf would add for sure. |

I still think Horvat could be their plan. Not impossible for him to succeed the role in a couple years. |

Tryamkin is a natural Left hand shot playing Right side.
Edler Tanev
Tryamkin Gudbrandson
Sbisa Larsen
Juolevi should be ready in two years when Sbisa contract ends - VANTEL
Tryamkin prefers the right side. He's no Keith Ballard. |

Will we be adding Tkachuk at 6th in a few years as well?
The more I see and read about Juolevi, the more I like but still haven't gotten over the disappointment of not getting one of Dubios, Tkachuk or even Puljujarvi. |

I get the let down of missing out on a forward , but the truth is it takes longer for a Dman to develop so we had to address that first. |
